An Introduction to Hypnosis - A Gentle Journey within

Maybe you’re curious about hypnosis or just wondering what it could feel like. Perhaps you’re also longing for a moment of deep calm - a space where your body can soften and your mind can rest.
This group session is a gentle introduction to hypnosis. Before we begin, I’ll gently explain what hypnosis is (and what it’s not), so you can arrive feeling safe and oriented. I’ll then guide you into a relaxed, supportive state where you can begin to experience it for yourself.
Hypnosis works with the subconscious - the place where many of our patterns, beliefs and inner responses live. In this space, we can gently loosen what no longer serves us and reconnect with a sense of ease, clarity and inner safety.
Good to know: You don’t need to “do” anything or know anything beforehand. There is no loss of control, no performance, no pressure. Just a guided experience where you’re invited to slow down, listen within and explore something new, in a way that feels right for you.
